Arbor Management is looking to employ a talented Janitor at our Tamerlane Apartments in Sicklerville, NJ.
Arbor Management, LLC is a residential property management company headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware and owned by an experienced owner/developer of multi-family housing, Leon N. Weiner & Associates, Inc. Arbor manages over 70 multi-family properties comprising over 5,000 apartment units for Weiner and our partners.
Janitor performs functions such as cleaning windows, floors, stairwells, laundry rooms, elevators, carpets, vacant apartments, emptying trash, picking up paper and debris on the grounds. Perform special assignments as needed or requested by the Property Manager, as applicable and must be able to lift 40 lbs. Exp. with apartment complexes preferred. Reliable transportation required.
QUALIFICATIONS: 1 year experience in custodial capacity; ability to work independently. Candidates required to read, speak, and comprehend the English language, must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and the ability to lift heavy equipment up to 50 lbs.
