What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) position at ARBOR HOUSE MASTER?
Assist with hiring team members, training team members, scheduling, follow up with resident needs, ordering medications, work the floor if needed, medication cart audits, communicate with families and 3rd party providers, and assist Directors as needed. Must hold an active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license and Certified Medication Aide (CMA) license, with Advanced Certified Medication Aide (ACMA) license preferred.
Qualifications:Management experience, ability to communicate well with others, patience, reliability and love for the residents.
