Duties
MUST BE DEPENDABLE-
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and record vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability
- Provide companionship and social engagement to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation
- Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's through specialized memory care techniques and behavior management strategies
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, this may include common areas, and resident apartments on occasion
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas, behaviors, and daily dynamics
- Strong communication skills for working effectively with residents ,and families
- Compassionate attitude with willingness to learn caregiving skills tailored to individual needs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team. The rotation is 4 days on and 2 days off
