What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Representative position at Arbor Hills Veterinary Clinic?
We are a busy small animal practice seeking an upbeat and enthusiastic veterinary client service representative (receptionist) that would like to join our team. Experience is preferred, but not required. Some of the job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and welcoming patients and clients kindly and with sincerity.
- Answering telephone calls professionally and returning e-mails and text messages.
- Scheduling appointments appropriately using our designated software.
- Ensuring that all external communication has been appropriately routed and handled timely.
- Receiving and verifying payments and balancing sales at the end of the day.
Other:
Must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, be compassionate, a positive attitude, follow-through with tasks and have excellent communication and teamwork skills. Multi-tasking is essential. Punctuality is expected.
