This isn't just an event planning position. You'll help create experiences that people remember.
One week you may be transforming our clubhouse into a winter wonderland for the holidays. The next, you could be designing eye-catching social media graphics, planning a community food truck festival, coordinating a summer pool party, or decorating for a family movie night.

What You'll Do
• Design and decorate the Community Center and community common areas for holidays, seasonal themes, and special events
• Plan and coordinate community events for residents of all ages
• Create engaging social media posts, flyers, banners, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Help manage the Arbor Greene CDD website and digital communications
• Work with entertainers, food trucks, vendors, and sponsors
• Develop new event ideas that encourage community involvement
• Capture photos and videos at events for future marketing
• Monitor event attendance and recommend new ideas based on resident feedback
• Help maintain a welcoming, beautiful Community Center environment
• Assist management with special projects that improve the resident experience

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT, Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, photography, or video editing is a plus. These align well with the technology and communications responsibilities already included in the existing role.

Flexible Schedule – We understand that life happens and this position offers a flexible work schedule!! While most work is performed during normal business hours, community events, holiday celebrations, and special activities frequently occur during evenings and weekends. To maintain a healthy work-life balance, the schedule is adjusted throughout the week, so time worked outside of regular hours is generally offset with flexible time off, subject to operational needs.

- Primarily Monday–Friday
- Attend 2–4 evening events per month
- Attend 1–2 weekend events per month
