Deli Counter/Cafe Barista Team Member

AFM is looking for experienced, dynamic and passionate team member to work in our Deli/Cafe operations. AFM is Ann Arbor's only locally owned and operated Natural and Organic Food Store, celebrating our 46th Anniversary this year, with an emphasis on delivering the freshest and most wholesome preservative-free product on the West Side. We are foodies who love health & wellness and want to share those passions with our neighbors and guests. Our team members create a friendly shopping experience in our store. We answer questions, offer suggestions and ensure our customers know they are welcomed and cared for. Many responsibilities include:

• Working in teams to accomplish goals
• Coffee Making, Juice and Smoothie Bar
• Opening/Closing Salad Bar
• Prepping, Cutting and Processing Salad/Garden items
• Servicing the Deli Display Counter
• Opening/Closing the Deli Counter
• Using meat, cheese, and bread slicers
• Helping customers find their favorite products

We are seeking a qualified and reliable Part Time Fresh Foods Associate to showcase their talents in our Health Store Deli/Café. Shifts available from opening to closing (7am to 9pm) all week. If you have a passion for people and a fervor for food, we'd love to meet you. We can teach you the rest.
