Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, motivated and dynamic Customer Service Manager to work in our guest services operations. AFM is Ann Arbor's only locally owned and operated Natural and Organic Food Store, opened in 1979, with an emphasis on delivering the freshest and most wholesome...no artificial products on the West Side. We ar foodies who love health and wellness and weant to share those passions with our neighbors and guests.
AFM is looking for a qualified and reliable team member to lead our Guest Services team. The role is engaging awith guests through running register, bagging, service desk oeprations, training and developemtn of team members, and overall service responsibilities with store coverage (PIC) in the absense of hte Store Manager. The position is full time and requires wortking three evening shifts until 9pm and two shifts until 7pm. Four days during hte week and one day on the weekend. Our store hours are 7am to 9pm (7-7pm on Sunday) Other responsibilities include; overall PIC/MOD coverage in the absence of the Store Manager, reveiws, training and team member evaluations.
