We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resources Department. This position plays an essential role in employee onboarding, recruitment support, benefits administration, personnel records management, and overall HR operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to provide excellent customer service to employees and applicants. This role works closely with leadership and staff to help ensure efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience throughout the organization.
Responsibilities include assisting with onboarding and credentialing processes, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and benefits functions, coordinating interviews and training, conducting background and reference checks.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and interested in growing within Human Resources in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Requires 1-3 years of related experience, or 0 years of experience with additional specialized training and/or certification, or has Associates Degree.
- Human Resources experience preferred.
