What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Line Cook (Medina Country Club) position at ARBOR FALLS GOLF LLC?
Prepares and cooks meals for members and guests at Medina Country Club and maintains standards of kitchen cleanliness.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares all food according to the menu in a safe, sanitary manner under the direction of the Chef or Manager
- Ensures proper preparation, portioning, and serving of food according to Chef's recipes
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation standards
- Prepares food promptly at specified meal times
- Follows departmental procedures including sanitation, safety, and cleaning schedules.
- Ensures all food in coolers, freezer, and dry storage are labeled, dated, and properly stored
- Cleans all food service equipment, kitchen, and food storage areas
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Knife skills, line cooking, and food prep experience
- Ability to manage time efficiently
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Minimum of 1 year as a line cook
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS
- Current ServSafe certification preferred
