Position Details
Provide excellent customer service to facilitate a positive and efficient experience for individuals accessing and participating in services, as well as for employees providing those services. Responsibilities include responding to phone calls, receiving and directing clients, data entry, retrieval and organization, and coordinating workflows across programs. Success is achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships, communication, and organization.

Position Requirements
- Provide high-quality customer service and utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues effectively
- Prior experience in a behavioral health and/or medical office setting preferred
- Advanced technical proficiency, including strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum of one year of experience using Excel, including data tracking, data analysis, and basic reporting
- Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret trends, generate reports, and support data-informed decision-making
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and interpreting key performance metrics
- Ability to provide technical support and guidance to staff as needed
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Proven ability to work efficiently across multiple programs and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations
- Minimum of one year of administrative experience in a professional office environment
