Provide quality client-centered case management services that facilitate recovery and wellness for people living with substance use/mental health concerns. Case Manager will support clinical treatment goals, working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Master's (in a licensable field) preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
