Position Details

Provide quality, youth-centered care that facilitates a safe and successful trajectory for youth/young adults aged who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling, and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social work or related field.
• Proven experience working with children & families of diverse populations required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Flexible Availability
• Ability to work 2nd shifts, 3rd shifts, and weekends

Compensation Information

• 3rd Shift and Weekend shift hours will be paid a $1.00 per hour premium above the regular hourly wage.
