Position: Laborer / Ground Crew
Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally 8 AM–5 PM (weather dependent)
Some Saturday work may be required.
Pay: Competitive industry wages with potential for advancement, bonuses, and vacation time.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with tree pruning, removal and maintenance projects.
- Safely back up and maneuver truck/trailer combinations.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site at all times.
- Support crew operations and communicate effectively with team members.
- Interact professionally and respectfully with customers and community members.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely back up a trailer (experience required).
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up on time.
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- Physically capable of outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
