Position Summary:
This is a dual-role position ideal for someone looking to begin their career in financial services or continue their journey. As the first point of contact for clients, you will manage front desk responsibilities and provide administrative and client support to our advisors and our practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service driven, great communication skills, and eager to learn about the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Administrative Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with office supply management and general administrative tasks
- Assist with marketing strategies and social media content
Client Relationship Associate Responsibilities:
- Support financial advisors with day-to-day administrative needs
- Prepare and process client paperwork and documentation
- Update and maintain client records and databases
- Follow up with clients to obtain necessary documentation
- Assist in scheduling client meetings and preparing materials
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred)
- 0–2 years of administrative, financial services, or client service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-oriented mindset
