What You’ll Do:
As a DSP supporting youth in a residential school setting, your responsibilities may include: :Assisting with daily living skills, recreational activities, and therapeutic routines, Supporting clients behavior plans and fostering a positive, consistent environment, Collaborating with the team to support care plans of the individuals, and Ensuring safety and compliance with program standards and regulations. Your role is to support youth who have developmental, behavioral, or mental health needs, helping them develop independence and life skills in a safe, supportive residential school setting.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Direct Care or Human Services, or roles like CNA, Residential Counselor, HHA, Mental Health Worker, Caregiver, PCA, or similar.
- CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers liscense
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Crisis Prevention Certification (CPI) must be completed prior to starting (We will provide!)
