Servers and Chefs
Server Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with food preparation as needed
Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills to provide exceptional service
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Experience with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Ability to provide excellent guest services in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the food service industry and its standards
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
Chefs Duties: 3 years experience in Indian,Pakistani and/or Latin cuisines.
Suervise Kitchen staff and Junior chefs.
