IT Systems Administrator & Infrastructure Generalist

Position Summary

ARB 4x4 Accessories USA is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on IT Systems Administrator / Infrastructure Generalist to support and enhance the organization's technology environment across multiple distribution centers, corporate offices, and remote workforce locations throughout the United States. This position serves as the primary technical resource responsible for end-user support, Microsoft 365 administration, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, warehouse technology, hardware lifecycle management, and vendor coordination.

End User Support & Service Desk

·      Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support.

·      Support laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, scanners, conference room equipment and peripherals.

·      Perform onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning and access management.

·      Troubleshoot operating systems, software, connectivity and performance issues.

·      Provide remote support for users across all ARB USA locations.

Hardware Lifecycle & Endpoint Management

·      Deploy, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations and mobile devices.

·      Manage Windows updates, firmware updates, security patches and software deployments.

·      Maintain asset inventory and coordinate warranty repairs.

·      Diagnose hardware failures, storage issues, memory issues and peripheral problems.

·      Administer Microsoft Intune and endpoint management policies.

Multi-Site Warehouse Technology Support

·      Support Kent HQ & Remote employees.

·      Support Midlothian, Texas Distribution Center.

·      Norco, California Distribution Center.

·      Support Jacksonville, Florida Distribution Center.

·      Maintain RF scanners, barcode devices, label printers and warehouse workstations.

·      Support warehouse Wi-Fi, shipping stations, receiving stations and operational technology.

Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration

·      Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune and Defender.

·      Manage licensing, permissions, MFA and conditional access.

·      Support email, collaboration and cloud security initiatives.

Infrastructure & Network Administration

·      Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.

·      Support servers, backups, monitoring and infrastructure upgrades.

·      Maintain WAN, LAN, VPN, wireless networks and firewalls.

·      Coordinate with ISPs, MSPs and telecommunications vendors.

Cybersecurity

·      Maintain endpoint protection and security policies.

·      Conduct patch management and vulnerability remediation.

·      Support incident response and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

·      5 years of Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support or IT Operations experience.

·      Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows administration experience.

·      Experience supporting multi-site operations and remote users.

·      Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
