We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our presence in building automation and energy management. This business-facing role involves identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales process with proposals, CRM management, and coordination with our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across data centers, commercial buildings, and mission-critical facilities.
- Build relationships with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and technology partners.
- Support proposals, estimates, RFP/RFI responses, and sales documentation.
- Maintain CRM records, track opportunities, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Communicate the value of Arayna’s BAS, HVAC controls, energy management, and power monitoring solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams during pre-sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, smart building technologies, and energy management solutions.
Required:
- 1–4 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (technology or building systems preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical solutions in business-friendly terms.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Interest in building systems, controls, or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Bigin or similar).
Preferred:
- Familiarity with BAS, HVAC, electrical systems, PLCs, SCADA, or OT systems.
- Experience with data centers, OEM/MEP/AEC firms, or facility operations.
