Maintenance Technician (2nd or 3rd Shift)

MaintenanceTechnician (2nd Shift / 3rd Shift) Injection Molding & Building Maintenance Rochester Hills, MI Keep Our Operations Running ARaymond is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our injection molding equipment and facility operations. In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and help keep our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems * Perform preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment * Respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime * Support building and facility maintenance activities * Complete maintenance work orders and documentation * Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams * Support continuous improvement and workplace safety initiatives What You'll Bring Required: * High school diploma or equivalent * 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment * Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills * Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics * Basic computer skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred: * Injection molding maintenance experience * PLC and industrial controls knowledge * Automation and robotics experience * Technical or trade school training Why Join ARaymond?
