In this frontline role, you'll greet patrons with care, assist with materials and technology, and help create a positive experience for everyone who visits the library. Whether you're helping a patron find their next great read, navigating technology questions, or supporting daily operations, you'll play an important role in ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed, supported, and connected. - Provide basic troubleshooting and help with reservable technology and spaces
- Navigate the Integrated Library System to manage patron and collection needs
- Stay current on library services and digital tools

Qualifications
Required
- At least one year of experience in customer service, libraries, or education/teaching
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes a mix of days, evenings, and weekends
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Microsoft Teams
- Comfort serving patrons of all ages and from diverse backgrounds
- Curiosity and willingness to explore and learn library technologies alongside patrons
- Ability to clearly communicate new ideas, services, and resources in a positive and engaging way
- Enthusiasm for working in an environment of continual growth and change
