Job Summary

You are a student-centered leader dedicated to ensuring a seamless registration and credentialing experience while maintaining compliance with accreditation and Title IV funding requirements. This role oversees key processes such as transcript evaluation, graduation conferrals, and credit for prior learning assessments, driving efficiency and student success.

Strong Organizational & Administrative Skills - Managing student records, transcripts, and enrollment data requires precision.
Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Abilities - Effectively communicating with students, coordinating with faculty, or handling unexpected registration issues, the ability to communicate clearly and resolve problems efficiently is essential.
Attention to Detail & Data Accuracy - Juggling deadlines, academic policies, and student inquiries strongest candidate must be a master of multitasking.

You are a student-centered leader dedicated to ensuring a seamless registration and credentialing experience while maintaining compliance with accreditation and Title IV funding requirements. This role oversees key processes such as transcript evaluation, graduation conferrals, and credit for prior learning assessments, driving efficiency and student success.
Some of the responsibilities of this role include the following:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the transcript evaluation, graduation, prior learning assessment/credit for prior learning, registration, and records functions of Records & Enrollment Services Office.
- Work with students and ACC departments to resolve escalated student issues and provide student-centered solutions.
- Partner with Records and Enrollment Services leadership on professional development activities that foster continuous improvement, best practices, college service, higher education trends, and performance management.
- Maintain the college student information system, document management systems, degree audit system, and associated third-party systems; ensures data compliance, records retention, privacy, and integrity.
- Apply data literacy skills to design and analyze reports to implement process improvements to student success and department activities.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with ACC stakeholders regarding course scheduling and registration controls, data integrity and analysis, credentialing, and federal/state requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of FERPA and other federal and state statutes regarding college operations and student records.
- Three years higher education experience working in direct student contact situations/roles.
- Experience working in student information systems.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to thoroughly research and troubleshoot complex issues and be solution-focused.
- Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive work environment.
- Banner student information system experience.
- Degree audit software administration experience.
- Experience working at a community college.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and patiently with individuals in high-conflict situations.
