Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- The Gate Tenant is responsible for managing both transfer stations in Ethete and Arapahoe. The Gate Tenant must ensure the transfer stations are operated safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Operate a backhoe and other heavy equipment when necessary.
- Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
- Enforce transfer station rules and dump fees in a professional and consistent manner.
- Handle difficult situations and customer complaints with professionalism and composure.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist customers, maintain site cleanliness, and perform daily operational duties as assigned.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and self-motivation.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience in operating heavy equipment such as backhoes.
