Part-time Remote Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Hiring 3 Bi-lingual Customer Service Representatives to work remotely in the Orlando area!

Job Title: Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Representative – Inbound call center

Pay Rate: $14/hour - Remote Opportunity

Assignment Duration: Potential long term temporary position - duration is dependent on performance and customer needs

Hours: (3 open roles) *Shifts will slightly vary by day, total hours listed and estimated times are provided below.

• Option A: (32 hours) Monday - Wednesday  Saturday - 12am - 9am
• Option B: (20 hours) Sunday - Tuesday - 12:45am to 8:15am 
• Option C: (20 hours) Wednesday - Friday - 12:45am to 8:15am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients regarding inquiries and support.
• Provide clear information and guidance on services, processes, and policies.
• Assist clients in completing necessary forms and submissions accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and client status in our database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and expedite service delivery.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.  You will be required to pass an assessment.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. You must pass a computer skills assessment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must pass a Level II background check.
• Must be reliable and able to work the assigned schedule.
