Job Title: Customer Service Representative- Remote/ Part TimeLocation: Orlando, FLPay Rate: $14/hour (Remote)Assignment Duration: 3-6 MonthsHours: 11:00AM to 4:30PM or 4:00PM to 9:30PM- 5-day Shifts will include one Weekend Day, 25 hours total Job Summary:The start date for this position is Monday November 24th. Candidates must be local to Orlando and willing and able to visit our client location by 1:00PM on Friday November 21st. We have the following schedules available: Sunday through Thursday 11AM to 4:30PM or 4:00PM to 9:30PM; and Tuesday through Saturday 11AM to 4:30PM or 4:00PM to 9:30PM. Dependent upon the shift, Holidays may be scheduled workdays (such as Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years).We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients regarding inquiries and support.Provide clear information and guidance on services, processes, and policies.Assist clients in completing necessary forms and submissions accurately.Maintain detailed records of interactions and client status in our database.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and expedite service delivery.Deliver outstanding customer service while demonstrating empathy and understanding.Stay updated on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.Previous experience in customer service is a plus.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.Bilingual a plus but not required.Local to Orlando.
