As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, your precision and operational acumen will be vital. You will be responsible for a comprehensive range of tasks that ensure the smooth and accurate flow of goods within our robust logistics framework.

• Operate advanced material handling equipment, specifically Raymond and Crown forklifts, with expert proficiency for the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and transportation of materials.
• Execute complex order fulfillment, including the careful retrieval of items stored at elevated levels, ensuring accuracy and product integrity.
• Conduct thorough inspection and verification of all incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists, meticulously documenting any discrepancies.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments to exacting standards, employing best practices to prevent damage and ensure accuracy during transit.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions utilizing sophisticated warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and actively reconcile any identified discrepancies to uphold inventory accuracy.
• Uphold rigorous adherence to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations, championing a culture of workplace safety.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a proven track record of excellence in warehouse operations and material handling.

• A minimum of two (2) years of dedicated experience in shipping, receiving, or a closely related warehouse operational role.
• Demonstrated, hands-on expertise in operating Raymond and Crown forklifts; current certification is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with modern warehouse management systems (WMS) and fundamental computer literacy for data entry and record keeping.
• The ability to perform the essential functions of this position, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Possession of current certification for reach truck PIT equipment, specifically Crown and Raymond makes, with no more than a one-year lapse in certification.
• A minimum of one year of active experience operating reach trucks within the last year.
• Availability to consistently work the third shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) and flexibility to accommodate occasional overtime and weekend shifts as business needs dictate.
