NOW HIRING: Billboard Installers / Construction Laborers
Location: Tampa / Orlando Area

We are an outdoor billboard and construction company seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for installation and maintenance work.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding position involving work at heights, equipment operation, and travel to job sites throughout the region.

Starting Pay: $15–$18/hour based on experience overtime

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and remove billboard structures and displays (vinyl, wood, etc.)
• Load/unload trucks, tools, and materials
• Set up ladders, lifts, and safety equipment
• Operate trucks and construction equipment
• Assist with welding and structural assembly as needed
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work independently or as part of a crew
• Travel within the Tampa/Orlando area as needed

Requirements:

• MUST be comfortable working at heights
• Ability to perform physical outdoor labor
• Construction experience preferred (on the job training also provided)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify employer)

Preferred:

• Experience with lifts, rigging, or structural work
• Welding or equipment operation experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Este es un trabajo físico que requiere trabajar en alturas, usar equipos, y viajar a diferentes proyectos en la región.

Responsabilidades:

• Instalar, mantener y remover estructuras y anuncios (vinyl, madera, etc.)
• Cargar y descargar camiones, herramientas y materiales
• Preparar escaleras, lifts y equipo de seguridad
• Operar camiones y equipo de construcción
• Asistir con soldadura y ensamblaje estructural cuando sea necesario
• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada
• Trabajar solo o en equipo
• Viajar dentro del área de Tampa/Orlando según sea necesario

Requisitos:

• IMPORTANTE: Debe estar cómodo trabajando en alturas
• Capacidad para trabajo físico al aire libre
• Experiencia en construcción preferida (entrenamiento disponible)
• Licencia de conducir válida de Florida (requerido)
• Transporte confiable
• Autorizado para trabajar en EE.UU. (E-Verify)

Preferido:

• Experiencia con lifts, rigging o trabajo estructural
• Experiencia con soldadura o equipo pesado
• Bilingüe (inglés/español)
