We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support the delivery of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, movement training, and functional activities
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas including therapy tables, linens, and clinical equipment
- Use and support therapeutic tools such as resistance bands, foam rollers, stability balls, and manual therapy setups
- Observe patient progress and report responses or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients on prescribed home exercise programs and proper movement techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic standards and regulations
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and clinic spaces following health and safety protocols
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Basic knowledge of anatomy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation techniques
- Ability to follow treatment plans and direction from a licensed Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient focused approach
- Ability to perform physical tasks including assisting patients and handling therapy equipment
- Familiarity with clinical equipment such as treatment tables, exercise tools, and rehabilitation supplies
