Warehouse Logistics Technician

Imagine this: by mid-morning you’ve counted and received the day’s first inbound shipment, stored each item in its exact slot by product code, and updated locations so the whole team can find what they need instantly. After lunch, you pivot to order fulfillment—picking precisely, palletizing cleanly, and sending each order to packing. You wrap the day by finishing cycle counts, clearing queues, and helping load the outbound truck. That’s a win. Core responsibilities Perform end-to-end warehouse tasks: inventory locating, counting, receiving, storing, stocking, and shipping.Pick customer orders from stock, assemble on pallets, and transfer to packing stations.Receive and count inbound freight daily; record items in the computer system without errors.Sort and store materials on racks, bins, or shelves per established sequence or product code.Research and resolve freight claim discrepancies.Maintain product location data with daily updates and complete daily cycle counts.Inspect and process returns accurately and quickly.Review and action system queues in a timely fashion.Load and unload merchandise during receiving and shipping operations.Drive company equipment safely at all times; operate Reach Trucks and Forklifts (certified).Support a spotless, safe facility through regular cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal to meet sanitation and safety codes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.1–3 years of warehouse experience.Certified material handler for Reach Trucks and Forklifts.Proficient with cycle counts and RF scanners.Able to read and interpret procedure manuals and work instructions.Professional verbal communication with customers and coworkers.Mathematical ability with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals (add, subtract, multiply, divide).Strong physical condition; comfortable working at a fast pace to meet shipping/receiving deadlines.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.Frequently lift, push, or pull 75 lbs on a repetitive basis.Knowledge of data works systems; capable of accurate data entry and retrieval. Hourly rate $19.00–$21.30 per hour.
