Your mission Own the flow: inventory locating, counting, receiving, storing, stocking, and shipping.Build accuracy: pick customer orders, stage on pallets, move to packing without delays.Trust the numbers: receive and count inbound freight, then enter everything into the computer system.Bring order to the aisles: sort and store by product code or sequence on racks, bins, and shelves.Solve problems: review and resolve freight claim discrepancies.Keep data fresh: update product maintenance locations daily and complete cycle counts every day.Close the loop: inspect and process returns fast.Stay responsive: review and respond to queues promptly.Muscle method: load and unload merchandise for both inbound and outbound.Operate like a pro: drive company equipment safely; run Reach Trucks and Forklifts with proper certification.Set the standard: help clean, sweep, and remove trash to meet sanitation and safety codes. What it takes High School diploma or equivalent.1–3 years’ warehouse experience.Certified to operate Reach Trucks and Forklifts (material handling).RF scanner savvy and strong with cycle counts.Comfort reading procedure manuals and work instructions.Professional communicator with customers and coworkers.Math confidence: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.Physically fit; able to maintain a rapid pace to hit shipping/receiving deadlines.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.Can frequently lift, push, and pull 75 lbs repeatedly.Familiar with data works systems; capable of inputting and retrieving data. Compensation $19.00–$21.30 per hour.
