What You'll Do

You'll independently manage both pre-litigation and litigation matters while working alongside an outstanding team of paralegals and support staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing legal strategy
• Managing personal injury cases from start to finish
• Taking and defending depositions
• Negotiating settlements
• Preparing and attending mediations
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Preparing cases for trial
• Trying cases when appropriate
• Collaborating with and mentoring our legal team
• Helping improve firm systems and processes

Our goal is to find someone who can eventually replace the legal production currently handled by the firm's owners—not simply assist us.

What Success Looks Like

You're probably a great fit if you:

• Have meaningful litigation experience, ideally in personal injury—or you're an insurance defense attorney ready to advocate for injured people.
• Understand what drives case value and how insurance companies evaluate claims.
• Can confidently manage both pre-litigation and litigation matters with minimal supervision.
• Enjoy taking depositions, developing strategy, and preparing cases for trial.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment where ideas are welcomed and teamwork matters.
• Believe that excellent client service starts with an exceptional team.

Six months from now, you've earned the trust of your teammates, you're confidently leading your own caseload, collaborating on strategy, taking depositions, preparing cases for trial, and making a meaningful difference for your clients.

A year from now, you're not just practicing law—you've become a trusted leader helping shape the future of our firm.

Compensation & Benefits

• $115,000–$150,000, depending on experience
• Performance bonus
