Role Description The Consumer Product Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Commerce, CA, responsible for driving sales growth across Aramco Imports’ consumer product lines, including the ALPINE CUISINE brand. This role manages key retail and wholesale accounts, develops sales plans, and executes product and pricing strategies to expand market share and increase revenue. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and onboarding new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and coordinating with internal teams on product assortments, promotions, and merchandising. The manager will analyze sales data, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and provide feedback to product development and purchasing teams to optimize offerings. This role also involves preparing and delivering sales presentations, attending trade shows or customer meetings as needed, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products clearly, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, preferably in consumer goods, housewares, or related product categories.
- Customer Service and relationship management skills that support account retention, issue resolution, and long-term partnerships.
- Business Development capabilities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and building new sales channels or territories.
- Experience working with retailers, distributors, or wholesalers; familiarity with showroom and trade show selling is a plus.
- Ability to analyze sales reports, market data, and trends to inform strategies and adjust plans as needed.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software; comfort preparing sales forecasts and reports
