Job Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Collaborate with our team to create engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience.
- Event Promotion: Assist in the planning and promotion of marketing events to boost our online presence and engagement.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct customer service feedback surveys and engage with our online community to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Campaign Development: Brainstorm and propose new social media campaign ideas to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
- Administrative Support: Assist the marketing team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Time Management: Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Enrolled Student: Must be currently enrolled at EKU
- Photography Skills: Photography skills are a plus but not required.
- Social Media Enthusiast: Passion for social media and willingness to learn.
