Restaurant Supervisor - Fenway Park

Job Description

The Premium Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations in Fenway Park’s premium restaurants and clubs during games and special events. This role provides hands-on leadership to service staff while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, seamless service execution, and adherence to Aramark and Fenway Park standards.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $28.00 to $30.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house restaurant and club operations during events.
• Lead, coach, and support hourly service staff.
• Assist with staff check-in, section assignments, and pre-shift communication.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Support inventory controls and report discrepancies to management.
• Enforce Aramark standards for service, safety, and sanitation.
• Collaborate with culinary teams and management for seamless service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
