Manages all phases of the Transportation and Customer Service Center Departments. Coordinates and integrates
transportation services provided by the facility under the guidance of the Logistics General Manager.

Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position is $70,000 to $75,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. There is no predetermined application window for this position, the position will close once a qualified candidate is selected. Job Responsibilities
- Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients and co-workers. Is
- Establishes quality patient transport, customer service center and transportation services necessary to meet
- Oversees efficient operation of CTD.
- Manages CTD through supervisors and dispatchers.
- Develops solid relationships with client personnel.
- Supervises scheduling to provide adequate coverage desired by customers.
- Oversees efficient operation of CTD.
- Manages operations in a cost-efficient manner and reviews financial reports to find opportunities for further
- Develops short term and long-term goals and objectives for patient transportation department to maintain
- Adheres to all established systems and training programs to provide a safe working environment. Complies
- Maintains compliance with ARAMARK?s standards of operation, client and within ARAMARK?s Business
- Maintains compliance with all requirements of Federal, State and local regulations and guidelines including
