New Albany Retail Sales Worker

Job Description

The Retail Sales Worker provides service to key accounts on routes in a Branch Sale Division on specific days or times required by customer needs. In this position requires constant interaction with the Route Sales Rep. This is a part time position.

Job Responsibilities

• Calls on each store with in a specific route according to a pre-arranged schedule
• Makes contact with appropriate store personnel
• Ensure rack diagram compliance, proper usage of stickers, and mainataing the signage is used on product wherever possible
• Ensure shelves are tagged correctly and updated as needed
• Re-merchandise and re-stocks display areas
• Completes inventory sheets on each store
• Contacts Area Sales Director if stores need product
• Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job
• Drives own vehicle with mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• Current valid state driver's license
• Safe driving documentation
• Ability to generate written communications and operate required office epuipment
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evening and weekends

Must have the ability to exert force necessary to lift, maneuver, and move average loads of 100 to 175 lbs from storage areas to customer service areas
