This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while delivering a high-quality experience for guests, clients, and employees through effective planning, communication, and hands-on leadership during events.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate event staff before, during, and after events
- Ensure event setups, breakdowns, and timelines are executed properly
- Monitor staff performance and provide direction, coaching, and support
- Enforce safety, security, and company policies at all times
- Address and resolve guest concerns or operational issues promptly
- Communicate with managers, clients, and venue partners regarding event needs
- Assist with inventory control, equipment usage, and operational logistics
- Complete event reports and documentation as required
- Ensure compliance with Aramark standards, local regulations, and venue policies
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Prior supervisory or lead experience, preferably in events, hospitality, or operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required during events
