Job Description
Aramark is hiring Post-Event Custodial Team Members to support night operations at Daikin Park, home of the Houston Astros. This position begins at 11:00 PM and focuses on cleaning and resetting the stadium after games, concerts, and major events.
If you prefer working overnight and want steady event-based hours in a professional sports environment, this is a strong opportunity.
Schedule
11:00 PM start time
Scheduled after Astros home games and major stadium events
Event-based schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
Job Responsibilities
Post-Event Custodial Workers are responsible for:
Cleaning seating areas, concourses, and public spaces
Deep cleaning restrooms and hospitality areas
Removing trash, recycling, and debris throughout the stadium
Sweeping and blowing the seating bowl and exterior areas
Pressure washing as assigned
Resetting areas to prepare for the next event
Safely operating custodial equipment
Following OSHA and Aramark safety standards

Qualifications
- Previous custodial experience preferred.
- Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
- Adaptable to guests’ needs
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
