This position oversees the full lifecycle of catering services?from sales and planning to execution and financial management?ensuring exceptional service experiences and flawless event delivery.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all catering operations, including event planning, menu development, staffing, and execution.
- Build strong client relationships and support sales efforts, proposals, and event planning consultations.
- Oversee menu costing, pricing, and presentation standards to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery.
- Direct and train catering staff to maintain excellence in service, safety, and operational processes.
- Manage departmental budgets, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting for all catering activities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, occupational safety, and environmental standards.
- Implement new catering solutions, stay current on industry trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in catering or events leadership roles.
- 1?3 years of management experience required.
- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent related experience required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible, event-based schedule including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Required Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods; may require uniform and/or PPE.
