The Accounting Intern is responsible for analyzing all aspects of finance including budgeting and reporting. The Student Worker - Functional cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts receivables and accounts payable duties
- Coordinates audits of locations financial systems, BirchStreet, Prima, Kronos, etc
- Supports preparing monthly credit card reconciliations
- Providing analytical support to the District
- Supports preparing custom reports for monthly financial review as needed
- Works on special projects

Qualifications
- Previous custodial experience preferred
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
