Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and understanding Food & Beverage techniques
- Strong knowledge of Food Quality standards and practices
- Experience in Culinary Management, including supervision of kitchen staff, inventory management, and menu planning
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding and adherence to food safety guidelines and regulations
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse culinary team with a collaborative approach
- Formal culinary training or degree in Culinary Arts or related field, and relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or hospitality environment is highly desirable
