Role Description The Supervisor role at Aramark Collegiate Hospitality is a full-time, on-site position based in Durham, NC. Qualifications
- Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail operations with the ability to oversee day-to-day service and maintain high quality standards.
- Supervisory or team lead experience, including staff coordination, coaching, and performance support.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with students, faculty, staff, and guests.
- Knowledge of basic food safety, sanitation practices, and health regulations in a dining or hospitality environment.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities during peak periods.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Comfort with basic point-of-sale systems and inventory procedures; willingness to learn internal systems and processes.
