Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Chef role based in San Marcos, Tx. The Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and team supervision. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality food standards, maintaining safety and sanitation protocols, managing food and labor costs, and developing seasonal menus that accommodate diverse dietary preferences. The Executive Chef will collaborate with staff, manage vendor relationships, and lead professional development for the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

- Proficiency in kitchen safety, sanitation standards, and compliance with food safety regulations
