Job Description: Marketing Manager & IT Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns. They are able to interpret customers’ behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness. Ultimately, they will ensure our company’s marketing efforts to help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build marketing department
- Update and maintain company public website
- Collaborate with all departments to manage other company platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn and google.
- Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
- Designs Company promotional materials
- Gather material including but not limited to Photos, Videos, Feedback and references, to build any all marketing materials.
- Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
- Sets up tracking systems for online marketing activities
- Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
- Analyzes and evaluates financial aspects of product development.
- Collaborates in the development of new products.
- Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
- Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
- Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
Other duties: IT Coordinator
As an IT coordinator, you will mainly support Task and request as directed by IT manager. duties may include but not limited to:
- Resolving IT support requests from employees
- Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
- Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
- Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
- Updating employees on the status of their service requests
- Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 2 years proven experience in marketing management and/or IT coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and marketing automation tools
- Experience with multichannel marketing and performance marketing
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content marketing
- Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, and copywriting skills
- Excellent research, budgeting, and product management abilities
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Physical Requirements
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other business machines.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
