Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Danville, CA, with occasional visits to Treasure Island.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily operations at both Aracely Cafe and Aracely Lounge.
- Staff management and training to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Scheduling to meet business needs.
- Event planning, coordination, and execution support.
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
