WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You will help homeowners understand their roofing and restoration needs while developing valuable sales and communication skills.
- Understand Needs: Learn about each customer's concerns and property needs.
- Explain Findings: Use proprietary Video Roof Inspection technology to help customers understand roofing conditions.
- Present Solutions: Explain available restoration options and help customers navigate the process.
- Develop Professionally: Strengthen your communication, sales, and leadership abilities through training and coaching.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
First Year Consultants: $80,000-$120,000 through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission
Top Producers and Leaders: $200,000 annually
Additional Incentives: Monthly performance bonuses, leadership opportunities, and annual luxury trips for top performers.
