Transportation Driver Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the day-to-day operations of the transportation department
- Drive residents to appointments and activities, ensuring timely and safe transportation
- Ensure the bus/van is fully operational and maintained at all times
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Respond to inquiries relating to your particular area or to requests from residents, visitors, or other personnel within given periods
- Ability to work other hours as needed or required
- Follow safety guidelines and trainings to prevent work injuries
Transportation Driver Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with moving residents quickly and efficiently to accommodate new admissions on the same day
- Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor
- General hours: Monday - Friday 8-5. Hours may vary due to needs of transportation outside of these hours. Weekends/evenings/early mornings are possible. Number of hours vary weekly.
