We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team in a vibrant dining and nightlife environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable while efficiently managing orders and payments.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, while adhering to food safety standards.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and daily specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, dining room, and service stations.
- Assist with banquet service and catering events as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required; fine dining experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in nightclub or banquet settings is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
