Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team in a vibrant dining and nightlife environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, with experience in fine dining and nightlife settings. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable while efficiently managing orders and payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, while adhering to food safety standards.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and daily specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, dining room, and service stations.
• Assist with banquet service and catering events as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required; fine dining experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in nightclub or banquet settings is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
