Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and personable Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the aesthetic/medical spa industry and is confident using PatientNow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and appointment flow using PatientNow
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally and follow up with leads on all platforms
- Assist with patient intake, forms, and documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and spa amenity areas
- Support providers and team members as needed
- Handle payments, memberships, and retail transactions
Requirements:
- Experience in the aesthetic/medical spa field is required
- Proficiency with PatientNow is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
