Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and charismatic individuals to join our growing Sales and Integration Consultant team. No sales experience?! No problem, we are open to providing mentorship and tailored training to the right candidates. Our ideal team members will play a crucial role in integrating our game changing Pest Management system in and around our OWN communities to help our neighbors and to ensure that they can rest a bit easier knowing that pesky termites are not devouring their homes and properties. Our state of the art pest management solutions are non toxic and non invasive for our customers. The ideal Integration/Sales Consultant will guide home owners regarding implementing our cutting edge approach to applications and expectations once the system is put into place. This is not your average "spray and pay" pest control operation. Our systems focus DIRECTLY on termite assassination and little to no impact on the environment or life surrounding the infestations taking place. Our Integration Consultant will provide effective communication with our customers and educated them on the damage that these pesky wood eating creatures can do to a home and or neighborhood. Termite damage is generally NOT covered by home owners insurance and causes more than 5 billion dollars in property loss each year. As an Integration Consultant, you will not only be helping to educate our communities but also helping to save them from an event that could be not only costly, but catastrophic to their quality of life. Many of our customers simply do NOT know they may have an infestation occurring in or around their homes. This is the exact reason our company is on a mission to educate and help our fellow neighbors, as well as expand our team of Integration Consultant/ Entry Level Sales positions. While no prior knowledge or experience in this role is required, this position will require a blend of, people skills, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams as well as team leaders. Our consultants also will need to have a compassionate nature putting our customers and the environment in the forefront of every opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customer to understand their integration needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain integration processes between various teams and technicians to ensure prompt and thorough service delivery.
  • Utilize communication skills to provide information to customers that have never heard of our cutting edge and environmentally friendly and non toxic termite extermination system
  • Provide sales support by demonstrating integration capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain documentation for all integration processes, including design specifications and user guides.

  • Inherent customer service skills and environmentally conscience mindset.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and identify areas for improvement with minimal invasiveness.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being decisive and ability to self manage and self motivate
