As an AR Workshop owner, you will be part of a creative and dynamic franchise that provides a fun and inspiring environment for DIY enthusiasts. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow your own AR Workshop location, offering various DIY projects and workshops to the community.
- Business Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the workshop.
- Manage finances, including budgeting, pricing, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all franchise and local regulations.
- Customer Service:
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and feedback professionally.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Manage social media accounts and online presence.
- Organize events and promotions to drive business growth.
- Workshop Facilitation:
- Schedule and lead DIY workshops and events.
- Assist customers with their projects, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
